How to change front anti roll bar link on ABARTH 500 (312) [TUTORIAL AUTODOC]

All the parts you need to replace – Anti Roll Bar Links for 500 / 595 / 695 Hatchback (312_) and other ABARTH models

AUTODOC recommends:
- Replace the stabiliser links on Abarth 595 in pairs.
- The replacement procedure is identical for both stabiliser links on the same axle.
- Warning! Shut down the engine before starting any work – Abarth 595.
Carry out replacement in the following order:
- Step 1
Open the bonnet. - Step 2
Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car. - Step 3
Secure the wheels with chocks. - Step 4
Loosen the wheel mounting bolts. Use wheel impact socket #19. - Step 5
Raise the front of the car and secure on supports. - Step 6
Unscrew the wheel bolts.AUTODOC recommends:Warning! To avoid injury, hold the wheel while unscrewing the fastening bolts. Abarth 595 - Step 7
Remove the wheel. - Step 8
Clean the stabiliser link fasteners. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray. - Step 9
Unscrew the nut and remove the stabilizer rod from the shock strut. Use box wrench #18. Use a drive socket #18. Use HEX No.H5. - Step 10
Clean the stabiliser link fasteners. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray. - Step 11
Unscrew the fasteners connecting the stabiliser link to the stabiliser bar. Use box wrench #18. Use HEX No.H5. - Step 12
Remove the stabilizer rod. - Step 13
Clean all joints of the stabiliser link. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray.
