WD-40 spray
All-purpose cleaning spray
Dielectric grease
High-temperature ceramic grease
Torque wrench
Spark plug socket # 10
Drive socket # Е11
Ratchet wrench
Needle nose pliers
Fender cover

  • Wear gloves to protect your hands from hot surfaces.

Carry out replacement in the following order:

    Open the bonnet.
    Step 2
    Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.

    Clean dirt, dust and debris from inside the spark plug wells.

    Treat the glow plugs. Use WD-40 spray.

    If the glow plugs are difficult to unscrew, start the engine and let it warm up to operating temperature. This will make them easier to remove.
