Carry out replacement in the following order:

Detach the fuel pressure sensor connector. Use fuel line pliers. Use a flat screwdriver. - Step 4Clean the fasteners of the fuel supply lines. Use all-purpose cleaning spray.Step 5
Squeeze the clips and detach the fuel supply lines from the fuel filter housing. Use fuel line pliers. Use a flat screwdriver.Replacement: fuel filter – Hyundai Santa Fe CM. Professionals recommend:Be careful! Fuel may leak from the filter housing and hoses. - Step 6
Unscrew the fuel filter bracket fixing bolts. Use a combination spanner #19. - Step 7
Remove the fuel filter together with its bracket. - Step 8
Unscrew the water-in-fuel sensor. - Step 9Prepare a container for fluids.Step 10
Unscrew the fuel filter bracket. Use the 76-14 F socket. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 11
Remove the fuel filter fastening bracket. Remove the fuel filter.Replacement: fuel filter – Hyundai Santa Fe CM. AUTODOC experts recommend:Be careful! Fuel may leak from the filter housing and hoses. - Step 12
Install a new fuel filter. Install the fuel filter fastening bracket.Replacement: fuel filter – Hyundai Santa Fe CM. AUTODOC recommends:Make sure that the fuel filter is positioned correctly. Consider the fuel flow direction mark.During installation, take care to prevent dust and dirt from getting into the fuel filter housing.Attention! Use quality components. Screw in the fuel filter mounting bracket. Use the 76-14 F socket. Use a ratchet wrench.
