Replacement: rear light – Ford Transit Mk7 van. Tip from AUTODOC experts:
- All the work should be carried out with the ignition switched off.
Carry out the replacement steps as follows:
- Step 1
Open the rear door. - Step 2
Unscrew the fasteners connecting the rear light to the car body. - Step 3
Remove the rear light.Important!Do not apply excessive force when removing the part. Otherwise you may damage it. - Step 4
Detach the rear light connector. - Step 5
Remove the bulb holder together with the bulbs.Caution!Replacement: rear light – Ford Transit Mk7 van. To avoid damaging the part when removing it, do not use excessive force.Avoid touching the bulb glass with bare hands. The finger marks left on it may cause failure. - Step 6
Install the bulb holder together with the bulbs. - Step 7
Treat the rear light connector. Use an electronic spray.
