How to change fuel filter OPEL CORSA D [TUTORIAL AUTODOC]

Replacement: fuel filter – Opel Corsa D. Tip from AUTODOC experts:
- Ensure adequate ventilation of the workplace. Fuel vapors are poisonous.
- Please note: all work on the car – Opel Corsa D – should be done with the engine switched off.
Carry out replacement in the following order:
- Step 1Open the hood.
- Step 2Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.
- Step 3Unscrew the fuel filter bracket. Use a drive socket #10. Use a ratchet wrench.
- Step 4Remove the fastening bolt.
- Step 5Remove the fuel filter.
- Step 6Clean the fasteners of the fuel supply lines. Use all-purpose cleaning spray.
- Step 7Disconnect the fuel supply lines from the fuel filter. Use fuel line pliers.Replacement: fuel filter – Opel Corsa D. AUTODOC experts recommend:Be careful! Fuel may leak from the filter housing and hoses.
- Step 8Detach the fuel pressure sensor connector.
- Step 9Put the old filter cartridge in the container.
- Step 10Remove the fuel pressure sensor.Replacement: fuel filter – Opel Corsa D. Tip from AUTODOC experts:Be careful! Fuel may leak from the filter housing and hoses.
- Step 11Install the fuel pressure sensor.
