How to change front anti roll bar link on MAZDA 3 BK TUTORIAL | AUTODOC

AUTODOC recommends:
- Replace the stabiliser links on Mazda 3 BK in pairs.
- The replacement procedure is identical for both stabiliser links on the same axle.
- Please note: all work on the car – Mazda 3 BK – should be done with the engine switched off.
Carry out replacement in the following order:
- Step 1Secure the wheels with chocks.
- Step 2Loosen the wheel mounting bolts. Use wheel impact socket #19.
- Step 3Raise the front of the car and secure on supports.
- Step 4Unscrew the wheel bolts.AUTODOC recommends:Warning! To avoid injury, hold the wheel while unscrewing the fastening bolts. Mazda 3 BK
- Step 5Remove the wheel.
- Step 6Clean the stabiliser link fasteners. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray.Step 7Unscrew the fastener connecting the stabilizer link to the shock strut. Use a combination spanner #15. Use a drive socket #14. Use a ratchet wrench.
- Step 8Unscrew the fastener connecting the stabilizer link to the stabilizer bar. Use a combination spanner #15 (2 pieces).
- Step 9Remove the stabilizer rod.Replacement: anti roll bar links – Mazda 3 BK. Professionals recommend:Examine stabiliser bushes. Replace them if needed.
- Step 10Clean the mounting seats of the stabiliser link. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray.Step 11Install a new rod, tighten the fasteners.
