ROOMSTER power socket in boot replacement SKODA

Hi , can any one help me with removal of the power socket in the boot of my

Roomster. Some how the nut has come undone inside the back panel, what holds the socket in place.

The socket is just jangling. I presume the panel as to come out.

Any advice would be most welcome.
