Ribbed drive belt change SKODA YETI (5L)

Just bought a new ribbed drivebelt for the wifes Yeti Greenline, I note that your chaps didn’t remove the wheelarch liner on the tuition, is it therfore possible to get at the belt without removing it, bering in mind that i’ll be on the floor and not up on a lift ? Thank you in advance.
