Skoda fabia mk1 vrs 2004. how do i gain access to the power steering fluid reservoir to check level.Power steering not operating and warning light showing

Any fluid reservoir should be visible under the hood and accessible as you need to monitor and refill, and the power steering reservoir is located under the hood on the driver's side.
