Peugeot 107 pollen filter PEUGEOT 107 Hatchback (PM_, PN_)

My daughter has a 2011 UK RHD Peugeot 107 Urban without aircon and I can’t find the pollen filter. The video shows that the filter should come out into the passenger footwell from under the glove box area. In her vehicle, there is a blank plastic area shaped like the filter, but no tabs to remove a filter, or any obvious way of opening anything without dismantling lots of clips and screws. I’m wondering whether this model doesn’t have a pollen filter, or maybe it’s accessed a different way? Does anyone know?

For the 2011 UK RHD Peugeot 107 Urban without air conditioning, it appears that this model might not be fitted with a pollen (cabin) filter as standard, especially the base or non-aircon versions. The blank plastic area you see under the glove box that resembles a filter housing but lacks tabs or openings typically indicates no cabin filter is installed.

In many Peugeot 107 models with air conditioning, the pollen filter is located under the glove box and can be pulled out with tabs, but in non-aircon versions, the compartment is often just a blank cover without a filter installed.

    Key points:
    - The cabin air filter is usually behind a cover in the passenger footwell under the glove box.
    - Non-aircon Peugeot 107 Urbans sold in the UK often don't have a cabin filter fitted at the factory.
    - This "blank" cover is the typical location, just without the filter or removal tabs.
    - If desired, some owners retrofit a compatible cabin filter from related models, but this requires modification.
    - Video tutorials and replacement guides usually demonstrate filter removal in air-conditioned units; yours likely differs due to equipment level.

Therefore, your inability to find or remove a filter aligns with this model variant not having one installed originally. If improved cabin air quality is desired, installing an aftermarket or retrofitted pollen filter system is possible but requires additional work.

If you ever want to confirm fully, checking the air intake duct for the cabin and inspecting behind the glovebox cover closely for any filter media slots will clarify further.
