hi can someone have a look at this picture and tell me how does the brackets that hold down the the cam shaft brake off 3 missing garage says dont know where they are can they fall into the engin ? (this is on a 2TDI 2016 SUPERB)

Looks like incorrect tightening sequence of the cam frame is the cause of the problem. Also notice if they used to much sealant between head and cam frame. Can also cause uneven tension and the frame will break.
If the broken off pieces has fallen into the engine the head and oil pan needs to be taken off for inspection.

Look at the top left side of the picture. They cut the bracket for the DPF to gain easy access for the cam frame. Find another repair shop!
