I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I’ve been experiencing with my Skoda Karoq 2020.
The keyless entry feature for the door handle is not functioning correctly.
Despite having replaced the battery in both keys, the door handle often fails to unlock the door, requiring me to use the remote key instead.
Interestingly, the trunk unlocks without any issues.
Additionally, I have noticed that after using the remote key and driving the car, the problem usually resolves itself.
However, the issue recurs intermittently, especially when the car has been parked for a day, but it remains inconsistent.
I recently visited a Skoda mechanic regarding this issue. Unfortunately, the problem was not visible at the time of my visit.
The mechanic connected a computer to the car to check for any reported issues, but they were unable to trace any problem related to this issue.
Could anyone please provide guidance on troubleshooting this problem ?
