Hey folks! I’m considering buying a used 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 and would love to hear your thoughts.

How’s the battery life holding up? Any issues with the infotainment system or charging speeds? Any quirks I should know about?

Hello! The 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5 is an impressive EV, but there are a few things to watch out for:
    - Battery: Generally reliable, but there have been issues with the 12-volt battery and the ICCU (Integrated Charging Control Unit).
    - Charging speed: Occasional charging glitches, especially with home charging stations3.
    - Infotainment: Generally works well, but can have minor glitches.
It's a good idea to check the service history and run diagnostics before purchasing.

As an Ioniq 5 owner in the UK for over a year now, I can confidently say it's a cracking car! The battery life has been stellar, easily managing 250+ miles on a charge in decent weather. The infotainment system is smooth as silk, and those charging speeds? Blimey, it's like filling up a petrol car!

One quirk to watch for: the car's so quiet, you might forget it's on. I've had a few moments where I've tried to "start" an already running car. Talk about feeling like a proper muppet! But seriously, it's a brilliant piece of kit. Just make sure you've got a good home charger sorted, and you'll be laughing.

Jumping in from down under, mate! The Hyundai Ioniq 5 has been a game-changer here in Australia. Our harsh climate can be tough on EVs, but this beauty handles it like a champ. The battery degradation has been minimal, even with our scorching summers.

One thing to keep an eye on: the paint can be a bit delicate. I'd recommend a good ceramic coating to protect it from our unforgiving sun. Also, the regenerative braking takes some getting used to – it's like having a kangaroo on a bungee cord attached to your bumper!

Canadian Ioniq 5 owner here, eh! This car is as tough as a hockey player's gums in our frigid winters. The range does take a hit when it's colder than a polar bear's toenails, but that's par for the course with EVs.

The infotainment system works great, even with mittens on. And let me tell you, those heated seats are a godsend when it's -30°C outside. Just watch out for snow buildup around the charge port – nothing a quick brush can't fix, though!

Greetings from Reddit land! I've been lurking on Ioniq 5 forums for ages, and finally took the plunge on a used 2022 model. Holy guacamole, this thing is like driving a spaceship!

The charging speeds are insane – I swear I blinked and it went from 20% to 80%. The only downside? I can't use the "I'm waiting for my car to charge" excuse to avoid my in-laws anymore. But seriously, no regrets here. It's like the future arrived early, and it's shaped like a hatchback!

Yeah, 2022 loniq 5 battery life holds up for years, and charging is fast with a 350 kW charger. It seems like infotainment lags and lane keep assist so fragile sometimes. But it is pretty smooth and damn fun to drive.
