Hi

I’m getting both P0013 and P000b fault codes intermittently for a little while now. Originally I thought it was the camshaft sensor so replaced that but it’s come back along with the 000b error. I’ve cleaned the vvt sensor but still the same. Any ideas?

As I understand fault codes P0013 and P000B indicate problems in the timing system. First I think you need to check the marks if all are  well then further look at the sensors.

I’m still seeing P0013 and P000B pop up, even after swapping the cam sensor and cleaning the VVT solenoid. Oil, wiring, and battery check out fine. Has anyone dealt with both codes together or know what else I should look into?

Had the exact same code p000b peugeot 308. Funnily enough, a buddy of mine had the p000b code pop up on his 308 too. In both our cases, it wasn’t the cam sensor or VVT solenoid, it ended up being a sticky oil control valve.

Mine chucked the same code last week. Had a poke around - cam sensor, VVT solenoid, the usual suspects - but no dice. Ended up just being a sluggish oil control valve. Swapped it out, cleared the code, and it’s been running mint since. Seems like it’s a common quirk with these 308s.
