DSG7 gearbox SKODA Fabia III Estate (NJ5) (10.2014 - ...)

I have just bought a Fabia with a DSG7 gearbox clocked with 82.000 miles. Running fine, but in the “D” position it seems that it changes gears way to early. Sometimes around 1500-1600 RPM. I’m obviously not a gearbox rookie, so I would like to know if it is possible to adjust the DSG gearbox? Or it this just common wear?

when something’s off a warning light will pop up on the dash...there’s no way to tweak the settings yourself
