Change management light VAUXHALL

Change management light keeps appearing on my dash have taken in to Vauxhall on 4 occasions have had replacement parts fitted then a few weeks later it appears on my dash again the car is nearly 13 years old but luckily for me I have a life time warranty but it’s become frustrating that they cannot fix it
