Autodoc was the only site that had the correct fitment when I entered my car regestration. Other sites advertised this part as fitting my car, but when I entered car details a message said 'wrong fitment'. So I registered with Autodoc and I hope this will be be correct part according to my car details. If so, I will continue to use Autodoc in future.

Did not fit vw Passat 07 tdi 2.0.
The indent at bottom of filter is different depth. O ring seal is rubber rather than clear like vw. Lid would not push down. Do not attempt to clamp with bolts or lid will distort on diesel chamber.


Had to put old vw one back until vw dealer opens Monday.

Very nice quality. Feels heavy. Compares well to the Genuine Original DC filter removed from the Twingo III - which was a Mann charcoal filter.

Note there is a little hook on the cover to the polen filter that can help remove or adjust the position of the filter if you push it too far.

Purflux filters are brilliant as they use a tighter and deeper filter element yet open up larger flow holes. On my old Renault 5GTT, & my Alpine GTA using anything other than Purflux gives irregular and problematic oil pressures.

Purflux are OEM, widely used, and their products are of very high quality. I have purchased many of their filters over the years with complete satisfaction and they are OEM on my Renault Scenic ii 1.9dci 2003.

Always use activated carbon to remove chemicals and smells from the air. The cabin filters probably the most important filter in the car, because it filters the air you breathe.

This is not the superior quality fresh made anymore. This is now a cheap filter. Doesn't have the patented wrinkle paper Purflux always had. I'm using Mann from now on.

I chose this fuel filter because I’ve seen it from youtube and noticed that most on Renault car are using this brand of fuel filter so that why I will give it a go.

This particular filter is almost unique for my Bipper van - even Peugeot dealers were mystified. It is similar to others but has one end blanked.

Bought a couple of these, the brand had good reviews on youtube. Good filters, I like the zigzag surface makes a larger filter surface
