Replacement: serpentine belt – CITROËN BERLINGO (B9). Tools you need:
Combination spanner #30
Fender cover

  • Please note: all work on the car – CITROËN BERLINGO (B9) – should be done with the engine switched off.
Carry out replacement in the following order:
  1. Step 1
    Open the bonnet.
    Step 2
    Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.

    Pull aside the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley. Use a combination spanner #30.
  2. Step 4
    How to replace CITROËN BERLINGO (B9) 1.6 HDi 90 2009 Poly V-Belt - step-by-step manuals and video guides
    Remove the V-ribbed belt.
    Replacement: serpentine belt – CITROËN BERLINGO (B9). Tip from AUTODOC:
    Check the condition of the tensioner pulley and idler pulley. Replace them if necessary.
  3. Step 5
    Return the tensioner pulley to its initial position.

    Install the V-ribbed belt.
    AUTODOC recommends:
    Make sure that the V-ribbed belt fits all pulleys snugly.
  4. Step 7
    Changing Poly V-Belt on CITROËN BERLINGO (B9) 1.6 BlueHDi 100 2011 by yourself
    Pull aside the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley. Use a combination spanner #30.
