How to change fuel filter MERCEDES W210 [TUTORIAL AUTODOC]

Replacement: fuel filter – Mercedes W210. AUTODOC recommends:
- Ensure adequate ventilation of the workplace. Fuel vapors are poisonous.
- All work should be done with the engine stopped.
Replacement: fuel filter – Mercedes W210. Recommended sequence of steps:
- Step 1
Open the bonnet. - Step 2
Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car. - Step 3
Clean the fuel filter housing and the cover. Use all-purpose cleaning spray. - Step 4
Remove the retaining clip that secures the fuel filter pipe. - Step 5
Disconnect the pipe from the fuel filter. - Step 6
Unscrew the fasteners of the fuel filter housing cover. Use a universal puller. - Step 7
Lift the fuel filter cover up a little. - Step 8
Remove the fuel filter. - Step 9
Pump the fuel out of the fuel filter housing. Use an automotive fluid syringe. - Step 10
Remove the old O-ring. Use a flat screwdriver. - Step 11
Clean the fuel filter housing. - Step 12
Install the new O-ring. - Step 13
Install a new fuel filter. - Step 14
Install and tighten the fuel filter housing cap. - Step 15
Tighten the fasteners of the fuel filter housing cover. Use a universal puller. Use a torque wrench. Tighten it to 35 Nm torque. - Step 16
Connect the pipe to the fuel filter.
