Replacement: brake discs – FORD FIESTA Saloon JA8 JR8. Tip from AUTODOC:
- Replace the brake disks on the car FORD FIESTA Saloon JA8 JR8 in complete set for each axis. Regardless of the state of components. This will ensure even braking.

Secure the wheels with chocks. - Step 3
Loosen the wheel mounting bolts. Use wheel impact socket #19. - Step 4Raise the front of the car and secure on supports.Step 5
Unscrew the wheel bolts.Replacement: brake discs – FORD FIESTA Saloon JA8 JR8. AUTODOC recommends:To avoid injury, hold up the wheel when unscrewing the bolts. - Step 6
Remove the wheel. - Step 7
Clean the brake caliper fasteners. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray. - Step 8
Unscrew the brake caliper fastening. Use a combination spanner #12. - Step 9
Spread the brake pads. Use a crowbar. - Step 10
Remove the brake caliper.Replacement: brake discs – FORD FIESTA Saloon JA8 JR8. Professionals recommend:Tie the caliper to the suspension or to the body with a wire without disconnecting from the brake hose to prevent depressurization of the brake system.Make sure that the brake caliper is not hanging on the brake hose.Don't press the brake pedal after the brake caliper has been removed. As a result, the piston can fall out from the brake cylinder, and brake fluid leakage and depressurization of the system may occur. Check the brake caliper bracket, brake caliper guide pins and boots. Clean them. Replace, if necessary. - Step 11
Remove the brake pads. Use a crowbar. - Step 12
Clean the brake caliper bracket fasteners. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray. - Step 13
Unscrew the caliper bracket fastening. Use a drive socket #15. Use a tap wrench. - Step 14
Remove the caliper bracket. - Step 15
Remove the brake disc. - Step 16
Clean the hub. Use a wire brush. Treat the contacting surface. Use copper grease. - Step 17
Install the brake disc. - Step 18
Clean the brake caliper bracket from dirt and dust. Use a wire brush. Use a brake cleaner.AUTODOC recommends:Replacement: brake discs – FORD FIESTA Saloon JA8 JR8. After applying the spray, wait a few minutes.
