Oil filter cup socket 65/67-14f
Drive socket # 8
Drive socket # 13
Ratchet wrench
Torque wrench
Flat screwdriver
Oil drain pan
Funnel
Microfibre towel
Fender cover

  • Replace the oil filter every time when changing motor oil.
  • All work should be done with the engine stopped.
  • Wear gloves to prevent contact with hot liquid.
Replacement: engine oil and filter – MERCEDES-BENZ G-CLASS (W463). Use the following procedure:

    Open the hood.

    Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.

    Remove the engine cover.

    Raise the engine cover, holding it on two sides simultaneously.

    Clean the oil filter housing cap.

    Prepare a container for the old oil filter.

    Lift the car using a jack or place it over an inspection pit.
