How to change distributor rotor VW GOLF 2 [TUTORIAL AUTODOC]

Replacement: distributor rotor – VW Golf 2. AUTODOC experts recommend:
- Follow the terms, recommendations and requirements of the part operation provided by the manufacturer.
- Thoroughly inspect the ignition distributor assembly. Replace any worn parts.
- Please note: all work on the car – VW Golf 2 – should be done with the engine switched off.
Carry out replacement in the following order:
- Step 1
Open the hood. - Step 2
Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car. - Step 3
Make marks on the distributor cap to indicate the installation order of the spark plug wires. - Step 4

Release the distributor cap clips. Use a crowbar. - Step 6

Install a new ignition distributor rotor.AUTODOC recommends:Replacement: distributor rotor – VW Golf 2. Do not use excessive force during installation. This may damage the part. - Step 9
Install the distributor cap.Replacement: distributor rotor – VW Golf 2. AUTODOC experts recommend:When installing, do not use excessive force to avoid damage to the part.
