Carry out replacement in the following order:
- Step 1Secure the wheels with chocks.Step 2Loosen the wheel mounting bolts. Use wheel impact socket #19.
- Step 3Raise the car.Replacement: brake drum – PEUGEOT Partner Origin Kastenwagen (G_). Tip from AUTODOC:If you are using a jack, make sure it rests on a flat surface without any unevenness.Be sure to additionally secure the car with jack stands.Step 4Unscrew the wheel bolts.AUTODOC recommends:Warning! To avoid injury, hold the wheel while unscrewing the fastening bolts. PEUGEOT Partner Origin Kastenwagen (G_)
- Step 5Remove the wheel.
- Step 6Clean the brake drum fasteners. Use a wire brush. Use WD-40 spray.
- Step 7Unscrew the brake drum fasteners. Use Torx T30. Use an impact screwdriver.
- Step 8Remove the fastening bolts.
- Step 9Unscrew the fasteners of the centre console and remove it. Use a Phillips screwdriver.
- Step 10Loosen the parking brake cable adjustment nut. Use a drive socket #12. Use a ratchet wrench.
- Step 11Remove the brake drum. Use a crowbar.
- Step 12Clean the hub. Use a wire brush.
- Step 13Treat the contacting surface. Use ceramic grease.
- Step 14Readjust the brake shoe adjuster. Use a crowbar.
