remove rocker/valve cover DAIHATSU SIRION (M1)

Hi I’m trying to remove my rocker cover I have taken all the screws out taken the air filter box and hoses off and the rocker cover still won’t come off it’s not even loose can you please tell me what I’m doing wrong ?
