Guys tell me if I added a little engine oil (250 grams) of a different viscosity, is it possible to drive like this or do I need to change all the oil?

It is absolutely impossible to mix oils of different viscosity, change it quickly before you damage the engine.

Man, there is no point in any topping up here, only changing the oil. I don’t know why people don’t understand this, if you neglect this then unfortunately don’t be surprised how quickly the heart of your car, which is none other than the engine, will give out.
