Diagnostic code po301

Cylinder 1 miss fire. 

Coils are new. Plugs are new. Butterfly cleaned. Tappit cover gasket changed. No oil on plugs. Injectors clean. Wiring checked. Sensors checked. What could be a probable cause for it to keep missfiring. Just has a idling problem.

      Realizing that everything has been replaced, I can only assume that the problem may simply be in the engine control unit.
