SKF Water Pump reviews

When you purchase a SKF. product you are actually buying a bearing from the world's largest and best bearing company (est 1907). Indeed SKF. bearings can be found on most F1 racing cars. Your car may be a shopping cart at the weekend with trips to the supermarket and garden centres, a taxi for the kids to & from school and following after school activities and the limo that takes the family on holiday. With so many roles to perform would you really trust your car with a cheap product with an uncertain heritage or a quality product that costs a few pounds more for maybe ten years of worry free motoring. I've made my choice, easy really. Peace of mind always wins.

apperantly, this item doesnt fit civic 1.4 dsi fk/fn 1 2007. Tho it does look identical to original pump, there is a slight difference, making it unfittable..

The belt that was supplied with the water pump was incorrect and had more teeth than the original. Had to buy another belt to complete job which was annoying

I compared the picture with some of the other manufacturers and it looked slightly better made. Also, I recognise SKF as a quality brand.

I was buying a timing belt kit as well as a water pump so got one made by the same company as the timing belt kit.

Check the number of teeth you require on the belt. This is supplied with 87 teeth. Some variants have 81 teeth.

Went for this item as is OEM and M539 Restorations is a fan of this part also. Good quality and fitted well.

great quality, as good or better than original. I always choose SIL or SKF for water pumps

Bearing Manufacturer and the Plastic Impeller. Possibly a more efficient Flow.

Skf make quality bearings so it must been an good quality part
