- Step 1Open the hood.Step 2Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.Step 3Pull aside the V-ribbed belt tensioner pulley. Use 12-point socket No.13.
- Step 4Remove the V-ribbed belt.
- Step 5Return the tensioner pulley to its initial position.Replacement: serpentine belt – PEUGEOT 306 Break (7E, N3, N5). Tip:Check the condition of the tensioner pulley and idler pulley. Replace them if necessary.
- Step 6Install the V-ribbed belt.Replacement: serpentine belt – PEUGEOT 306 Break (7E, N3, N5). AUTODOC recommends:Make sure that the V-ribbed belt fits all pulleys snugly.
