- Step 1Open the bonnet.Step 2Use a fender protection cover to prevent damaging paintwork and plastic parts of the car.Step 3
Clean the fuel filter housing and the cover. Use all-purpose cleaning spray. - Step 4
Unscrew the fasteners of the fuel filter housing cover. Use Torx T20. - Step 5
Remove the fuel filter housing cover. Use a crowbar. - Step 6
Prepare a container for fluids. - Step 7
Remove the fuel filter. Use round-nose pliers. - Step 8Put the old filter cartridge in the container.Replacement: fuel filter – VW SCIROCCO Van (137). AUTODOC experts recommend:Be careful! Fuel may leak from the filter housing and hoses.Step 9
Remove the old sealing ring. Use a flat screwdriver. - Step 10
Install the new sealing ring. Use a flat screwdriver.
