HI the water isn’t coming out for windscreen wipers . Water is full I’ve tried to unblock holes and when I try to make it work I can hear the motor

To begin with, its better to determine where the system is clogged. on my car I disconnected the line and blew it with air to clean it. This is the way I did. At least you should give a try.
