The fuel filter on the Suzuki Alto GF (2008 model and similar years) is typically an in-line fuel filter located along the fuel line, usually somewhere between the fuel tank and the engine bay. For this model, it’s often found underneath the car near the fuel tank area or along the chassis rail. It’s not usually located inside the fuel tank, which simplifies replacement compared to some modern vehicles where the filter is combined with the fuel pump inside the tank.

Replacing the fuel filter is generally a quick job taking about 15 to 30 minutes, but the exact location can be a bit tricky to find depending on the exact variant and engine type. If you’re doing it yourself, it’s good to check underneath the car along the fuel line, ideally with the car safely lifted.

If unclear, detailed manuals or videos specific to the Suzuki Alto GF can help pinpoint the exact spot, but in-line near the fuel tank is the common place for this model.
