I had same issue mate, took me ages to find the right ones. The rear buckles are definitely smaller than front, proper pain that! Eventually got sorted through a mate who knows car parts suppliers.

@user_155419 You need to double-check the buckle type first before ordering anything. I made mistake of buying universal ones and they didn't fit rear properly - wasted 15 quid. Rear seats often have different tongue size.

yeah the S-Cross rear belts are annoying like that! I measured mine before ordering to be sure about the size difference. Got extenders that specifically said compatible with SX4/S-Cross rear seats and worked perfect.

@Anna Johnson Cheers for the link but just want to add - make sure you're getting E4 certified ones, not the cheap knockoffs. Safety thing innit, don't mess about with dodgy belt extensions.

@WOOD C. J. Exactly right about checking first! My neighbor had Suzuki and he got caught out same way - front extenders won't work in back. The buckle mechanism is different size.

I found mine after ringing round a few places, took about 2 weeks but got proper certified ones. The shorter rear-specific ones are harder to source than standard front seat extensions.

@SportKing 👑 Which length did you go for mate? I'm looking at getting some too and not sure if 200mm or 300mm is better for rear ?

@Ryan Phillips Went with 200mm for rear, plenty long enough. The 300mm would be too much I reckon, you want shortest that works comfortably.

Just be careful with the mini extenders, some are really short. But if you just need bit extra reach for the buckle they work brilliant. I use one in my daily and no issues after year and half.

@Katie Hill Good point about the minis! Though for S-Cross rear with kids or bigger passengers the 200mm ones are probably better bet. Depends what you need it for really.

One more thing @user_155419 - don't leave the extender permanently locked in if you're not using it regular, can wear out the mechanism faster than normal. Learned that hard way on old motor.

@C/C/Z Interesting, didn't know that about leaving them in! I've had mine in permanently for ages, might need to check if its still clicking proper. Cheers for heads up.
