strengthening or replacing the rear view mirror DACIA LODGY

I have a rear view mirror with a screen for my reverse camera hanging from the original mirror on my 2015 Dacia Lodgy. The original mirror no longer stays in the proper position, rather it keeps falling such that the angle is wrong and I can’t see through the back window. Is there any way to strengthen the mirror so it stays at the correct angle? If not, how do I remove and replace it?

I think that nothing can be done with the mirror if it goes down by itself, to remove it, you just need to pull the bracket up, there are no latches there, just pull it slowly, but it is removed. the main thing is to do everything carefully and not suffocate the glass.
