To select a spark plug, you need complete vehicle data or Vin code and please contact our customer service for assistance.

Haha, spark plugs—the unsung heroes that stop your Duster from running like a popcorn machine. Ever try picking a spark plug by intuition? That’s when the real fireworks begin (and not the good kind).

Alright, seriously—choosing a spark plug for your Dacia Duster means picking one that matches your engine’s specs. Each version (petrol, LPG, diesel
well, those need glow plugs, not spark plugs!) tends to have specific requirements for things like:
    - Thread size & length (M14 x 1.25, M12 x 1.25, thread length 19mm or 26.5mm—depends on your engine).
    - Spanner size (usually 14mm or 16mm, because why make it easy?).
    - Electrode gap (classic for Duster is around 0.7mm–0.9mm, but don’t trust your neighbor’s “guess.”)
    - Heat rating, material (iridium, platinum
), and brand recommendations—NGK, Bosch, Denso, Beru, Champion are all up there for quality.

Big life tip: don’t just buy any shiny plug—check your engine code (like H4M for 1.6 petrol, H5H for 1.3 TCe, etc.), or type in your exact car details/registration to a proper parts shop (like autodoc, wink wink) and they’ll offer compatible options. Using the wrong plug? It’s like using chopsticks to eat soup—technically possible, but you’ll wish you hadn’t.

Also, some places do have slightly different specs (like for crazy climates), but mostly it’s the engine and its year/model that matter most. If you want to be fancy, go for iridium—lasts longer, sparks better. Want cheap? Nickel does the job but retires earlier (call it a midlife crisis part).

And don’t forget: if your spark plug needs to be gapped to 0.7mm, don’t install it at 0.9mm or vice versa, or your Duster may start doing the lambada at traffic lights.

So : check your engine code, use your VIN/registration to pick the plug made for your exact model and year, and don’t forget to check that gap! If you get stuck, autodoc lets you search by reg number and narrows it down for you.

Good luck—may your new plugs spark joy, and may your old ones never fuse themselves so tight you need curse words in three languages!
