Starting issue RENAULT

I have a Renault Master horsebox that I have an issue with starting randomly. It only happens around every 3 months, I turn the key, all the lights come on but nothing more, no clicking. Battery etc all checked and fine. It then start after around 1/2 an hour. Been to Renault main dealer and the diagnostic expert can find no fault. The box is used daily as I am a horse transporter. Anyone else had this issue. Thnk you.
