Rear Brake Conversion to discs RENAULT Duster (HS_)

I have a Dacia Duster 4 x 4 1.5dci which is fitted with rear drum brakes. I’m considering converting to disc and calipers, utilising Renault Koleos or Nissan Qashqai rear wheel bearings and discs and possible Renault Trafic calipers as they have a mechanical handbrake. I will also need 2 rear brake mount plates Renault Part Number 44021 4EA0A and 440314EA0A, in addition the brake pipes and hand brake rear cables would need to be changed to facilitate the Renault Trafic rear calipers.

Any constructive comments would be appreciated.

Did you do the conversion? I’m thinking of doing the same
