i wasnt sure about the parts i had just ordered so i asked AD to check them with my vin, they told me they were correct. when it came to fitting them (brake pads and discs) the new pads didnât have the wear indicator prepared so have had to fit them with able tied up and not functional .when i picked the pads i chose blue point as they were showing a cable in the picture but never said that they were prepared but they never said that they werent pepared either. so when i got the nod from my vin i thought all was well. i also ordered a brake accessory kit and asked if the kit was for one calliper or two. i was told one. so i bought another set off ebay. when they arrived it was a kit for two callipers. it was my first encounter with this lot and it will be my lastÂ

- You chose brake pads (Blue Point) because the picture showed a wear indicator cable, but the pads arrived without the indicator prepared, so you had to jury-rig the wear indicator with a cable tie.
- You confirmed the parts were correct with your VIN, which gave you the expectation everything was suitable and ready to fit.
- You asked specifically whether the brake accessory kit was for one caliper, and were told yes, but when you got the kit, it was actually for two calipers, leading you to buy another unnecessarily.
- This was your first experience with this supplier and it has left you disappointed enough to not want to use them again.
If you want to, you could try contacting their customer service again to explain these issues and see if they can offer a resolution or refund. Also, leaving a clear review or feedback might help warn others and put some pressure on the supplier to improve their communication and product description accuracy.
