ignition barrel DACIA DUSTER

Hello all. So the ignition barrel on my duster packed in. Couldn’t turn the key at all, tried all advice I could. So tried removing myself, which was easy untill I ended up with the last part stuck because of the pin that will not budge to release the last part. I’m guessing I need to drill It out or something? I’ve included a couple photos

      Hi, yes, you need to drill, there is no other way to get it
