Front Passenger seat lack of adjustment

We have recently purchased a RH drive vehicle Yaris Cross Hybrid AWD

which both my wife and I drive. She is 15cm shorter than I am.

The height of the driver’s seat can be raised to a level at which she can comfortably drive

but when sitting in the passenger’s seat the lack of height adjustment causes the seat belt to cut into her neck. (the simple cushion solution helps but gets to be uncomfortable on long trips) 

I am looking to buy the driver seat adjusting mechanism for a LH drive vehicle and retrofit

to the passenger side of our vehicle with a simple either/or switch to allow splicing into the same wiring as already exists so we don’t risk overloading the electrics.

Would appreciate directions on what &where to buy and whether I’ve missed anything obvious. Thank you
