If the sticker is missing/damaged:
- By VIN number:
- Official Nissan dealer: The most reliable way. The dealer will determine the code by VIN.
- Online VIN decoders (not always accurate).
- Automotive enamel store / car painter: They can tell you by VIN or make a computer selection based on a sample (for example, a gas cap).
Hey everyone! I’m having a tough time locating the paint code for my 2012 Nissan Altima using just the registration. I’ve checked the door jamb and under the hood without luck. Has anyone faced this issue or knows where else to look? Thanks!
