    I bought a hyundai tucson 67 plate second hand it had only done 38000 miles had it 7 months I have only done 6000 miles and it has had oil light come on which when I stopped found out there was literally no oil in it this car had just been serviced prior to me buying it  I have filled up but after going about less than 150 miles I have had to top it up twice I went to garage they said my car has an engine fault and I have to replace it at a cost of £11000 surley this can’t be correct

    Perhaps for this reason it was sold. As far as I understand, there is no information on how it was used and what the previous owner did with the car. I can advise you to contact another service, let them check everything and what they say so you can compare their conclusions.
