RENAULT Megane III Hatchback (BZ0/1_)

Good morning friends, I need your help about a month ago, the car didn’t start, I called a tow truck then the guy  started the car for me with cold start spray, I went to the garage, who told me that the camshaft sensor falt, I replaced the camshaft sensor and it still doesn’t start, the sensor is connected, I checked the voltage on the sensor, it has 12v, also in the data wire, there is  12V (instead of 5V) as the sensor approaches the stroke it drops to 0

 I’m starting to think it’s the ECU or the voltage converter.

 Has anyone come across anything?

 More symptoms..

 1) Heating plugs do not work.  (checked normal)

 2) The scanner threw me an error of incorrect voltages.

 3) Cruise control does not work.

 I went over junctions and it looks normal without corrosion
