I would like to know where is the downstream lambda sensor or downstream oxygen sensor is located on a megane coupe 1.5 dci

To see if I can give it a clean on a ultrasonic machine or change it for a new one

On my car, the second lambda is located in the tunnel at the bottom of the car, see if it is installed there on your car.
