Changing the blower motor MAZDA 2 Hatchback (DL, DJ)

I have changed the blower motor for the environmental controls on numerous vehicles over the years but have never been so perplexed as I am now, trying to figure out how to replace the faulty blower motor on my Mazda 2, 2014. Any thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated.
