Automatic transmission MAZDA BT-50 (CD, UN)

When I turn the ignition on before starting the green 4 x 4 low light on dash comes on and when I drive, the  the car the speedometer only goes up to 5/10 mph even though I’m going faster and it won’t go into four-wheel high or four-wheel low drive It is still in two wheel drive.???
