Unscrew the fasteners of the plastic car body protective cover. Use a drive socket #10. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 6
Remove the plastic car body protective cover. - Step 7
Prepare a container for fluids. - Step 8
Clean the fuel lines. Use a nylon cleaning brush. Use all-purpose cleaning spray. - Step 9
Loosen the fastening clamps of the fuel filter pipes. Use a drive socket #7. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 10
Unscrew the fuel filter bracket. Use a drive socket #10. Use a ratchet wrench. - Step 11
Detach the tubes from the fuel filter. - Step 12
Remove the fuel filter.Replacement: fuel filter – VW LT 28-35 II Bus (2DB, 2DE, 2DK). Professionals recommend:Be careful! Fuel may leak from the filter housing and hoses. - Step 13
Remove the fuel filter fastening bracket.Replacement: fuel filter – VW LT 28-35 II Bus (2DB, 2DE, 2DK). Tip:Be careful! Fuel may leak from the filter housing and hoses. - Step 14
Install the fuel filter fastening bracket. - Step 15

Arrows on the filter indicate the direction of fuel flow.During installation, take care to prevent dust and dirt from getting into the fuel filter housing.Attention! Screw in the fuel filter mounting bracket. Use a drive socket #10. Use a ratchet wrench.
