I have a 6.0 GTC (gen 3) When you drive slowly forwards on full lock with the steering it makes a bumping noise from the front as though the tyres are trying to rip themselves off the wheel rim. The dealer I bought it off recently tells me this is a characteristic of the 6.0 because of the weight???? Any ideas or similar experiences please??

It’s known as Tyre Skip and occurs where large wheels/tyres are on a heavy and low vehicle. Bentley told me it causes no damage or long term issue. I have 22″ on a 4.0 GTC and it occurs, particularly in colder periods, when on full lock.
