Seat Leon 2007 1.9 TDI can you help me realise do I have problem with the car or not ?

Hello there, for some reason i’m hearing on my seat some kind of air coming from my car near the tires. It’s not tires because when I shut down the car I can’t hear anything.
I don’t know is this normal or not, but I will upload a video hoping that you can hear what im talking about. Dont listen to the engine, listen to some kind of air, i dont know how to explain this. 2 guys told me that this is normal but I don’t know im a bit afraid and I hope they are right.
