scirocco not starting but then starts after 15minute wait

VOLVO XC40 (536) D3@Robbo Aug 22, 2021Memberhi my scirocco wwont start the engine turns over but it doesnt start but then if i leave it for 15 to 20 minutes and then try, it starts ok. does any one have any ideas? its got a brand new starter motor as the old one failed ( not sure if the problem could be linked) thanks
