Picanto 2011 car – RPM counter

Sometimes when the car is started, RPM counter does not read. At that moment the brake system does not work, After few minutes when the RPM meter is functioning my brake system will function normally. What could be the problem?

Using diagnostic equipment, it is worth reading the error codes in the control unit and using them to try to look for the cause of the malfunction.
